GENERALFor most commissions, I require some kind of references such as previous artwork of the character or other visual references as I’m not comfortable working solely from written character descriptions. If you choose to proceed with the commission without providing references, please understand that the result may not match your expectations, and additional fees may apply for revisions or clarifications.If I do not receive a response from you for more than two weeks, your commission may be delayed or cancelled. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered, depending on how much work has been completed. If you know you’ll be unavailable for an extended period, please inform me in advance.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.PAYMENTSFor most commissions, I only accept upfront payments, but for bigger and more complex pieces I am open to splitting the payment in two.REVISIONSEdits and full redraws are free during the concept stage, as long as the initial sketch has not been approved. Once the final sketch is confirmed, major changes—such as altering the pose or redrawing significant parts of the piece—will require an additional fee.Minor changes, such as small colour tweaks or detail adjustments, are free. However, repeated back-to-back corrections that are not due to an error on my part may also require an additional fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYCommissions typically take between one to two months to complete, depending on the complexity and my workload. You are welcome to check in on progress, but I ask that you refrain from rushing me. If you need your commission sooner, please let me know in advance. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee, depending on the deadline.I typically work on commissions in the order they are received, but I may adjust my queue based on complexity and priority. However, cropping and adding text for personal use, such as for profile pictures or banners, is permitted as long as proper credit is given. If you need an adjustment after the artwork is completed, such as a small design change, feel free to reach out—I am always open to working something out.My artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or any generative AI purposes.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSCommissioning me does not grant you the right to profit from my artwork. If you are interested in commercial rights (such as for promotional materials, streaming assets, or merchandise), please discuss this with me beforehand. Additional fees will apply for commercial use licensing.Printing the commissioned piece for personal use is allowed, but selling prints, merchandise, or uploading my work to platforms like Redbubble is strictly prohibited unless previously agreed on.REFUNDSFull refunds are not available once the sketch has been approved unless I cancel the commission myself.
